3504681 - Tile title not saving translation changes

Symptom

  • The tile title translation was performed, but the changes are not reflected;
  • On the manifest.json file, you can see {{appTitle}} and {{flpTitle}} configuration.
  • {{appTitle}} and {{flpTitle}} are not the same:
     
    e.g.:
     
    "appTitle": {
        ...
        "value": {
            "": "app Default Title",
            "en": "app English Title",
            "yy": "app Translated Title"
         }
         ...
    },

    "flpTitle": {
        ...
        "value": {
            "": "flp Default Title",
            "en": "flp English Title",
            "yy": "Incorrectly Translated Title"
