3504683 - Admin Recommended Items are not displayed on New Learning Homepage

Symptom

Several items are recommended via the same Assignment Profile, some of them only displayed on the Legacy Learning Homepage but not displayed on the Suggested For Me section on New Learning Homepage.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
2. Navigate to the 'Suggested For Me' section on the New Learning Homepage.
3. Observe that only some recommended items are recommended.
4. Switch to the Legacy Learning Homepage.
5. Navigate to the Recommendation tile.
6. Observe that all recommended items are displayed.

Cause

The issue happens when the recommended items were not accessible to the a user at the time the recommendation was made by the admin. It was later added to one of the libraries which is accessible to the user through another Assignment Profile.

Resolution

This is a known defect and Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
