Symptom
- After kernel upgrade or update on backend system, multiple screens of different Fiori apps running standard SAP GUI transactions started acting erratically.
- Screens randomly shrink to smaller sizes, requiring users to use horizontal or vertical scrollbars.
- If the screens are resized to fit full screen, subsequent visits to the same apps result in the screen being resized or shrunk again.
- The issue is observed in Fiori apps like Monitoring and Error Handling, Maintain Business partner, VA01 etc.
- In the browser console log, below error can be observed:
*** ITS *** : sap-flp-params missing from the FLP. (LS:Error)
...
*** ITS *** : display dimensions could not be determined (LS:Error)
