3504833 - It is not able to enter symbol in Fiori app F3548 Run Allocations

Symptom

When using the Fiori app F3548 Run Allocations, in the field 'Run Name', it is not able to enter the symbols such as <>=''''().

And the message 'Invalid run name: Characters <>=''''() are not permitted.' is issued.
