Symptom

While trying to reach AS Java administration URLs (like UserAdmin, NWA etc.) via "http://<hostname>:<port>/<application>" the UI screen shows:

Destination Cannot Be Reached
http://<hostname>:<port>/<application>
The destination you are trying to reach does not exist or cannot be reached
