SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The labels displayed in the status dropdown when forwarding candidates to job requisitions are configured through Manage Languages, not via 'Edit Applicant Status Configuration.' Follow the steps below to make the necessary changes:

• Navigate to Manage Languages:

  • Access Admin Center > Manage Languages.

• Select and download the language pack you wish to modify.

• Locate the relevant keys that control the labels for those statuses, they are:

  • RECRUITING_APP_STATUS_CAT_FORWARDED
  • RECRUITING_APP_STATUS_CAT_DEFAULT_STATUS

• Update the values corresponding to these keys according to your requirements.

• After making the changes, upload the updated language pack back into the system through Manage Languages.
