3505055 - Forgot password from a branded career site

Symptom

If a candidate uses "Forgot Password" feature on a branded career site, an email containing a URL is sent to the candidate. However, this reset password link does not redirect to the branded career site but to the main career site.

Resolution

This behavior is considered expected by our Product Managers. The reset password link is always intended to redirect to the main career site, regardless of the specific branded site.
If you wish the link to redirect to the branded site, we suggest posting or voting for an enhancement request on the Influence portal.
