3505152 - Import data tool error on assessment exams

Getting error when using import data tool for assessment exams:

The import job comment: 'The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed.'
AND
The Java Stack error: ...Cannot invoke "java.lang.Boolean.booleanValue()" because "<parameter2>[22]" is null

Use data import tool to create/change an assessment exam/quiz.

There is an assessment exam/quiz that already exists (potentially unpublished) with the same ID with data under a different locale.

Use a different ID for the new data being provided in the import

WORKAROUND: Save the new exam/quiz settings in UI before using import tool on affected assessment exam/quiz records which should prompt warning of duplicate record depending on actions being taken.
