3505202 - Offer Approval - Is it possible to add or remove an approver after sending - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to add or remove an approver after the offer detail has been sent for approval?
• Can we use 'Modify Form Route Map' or 'Route form' to modify the steps for offer detail forms?

Is it not supported to add or remove an approver step once the offer detail has been sent for approval.

To reassign the offer approval from an old approver to a new approver, use the 'Reassign Offer Approvals' tool.

To add an additional approver step, a new version must be created. Please decline the current offer detail to create a new version.

If you would like to request a new feature, it is recommended to submit it as an enhancement idea to the Customer Influence page. Refer to the KBA 2090228 for more information.

Note: Using 'Modify Form Route Map' or 'Route form' to add an offer approver step is not supported. These tools were designed to be used for Performance Management forms and are not supported for Recruiting offer forms.
