3505238 - Entering Supplier information without Info Record in PM Order, 06341 raised, SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • When updating components tab in Maintenance order through transaction IW32 ,  system is not allowing and throwing the error "Info record for supplier XXXX  and material XXXXX does not exist
    Message no. 06341".
  •  Message No. 06341 (Info record for supplier & and material & does not exist) when providing a Vendor for a Non-Stock item within the Purchasing Data tab of Maintenance Order
