3505498 - Project Templates are not available for selection when creating a project from a Portfolio Item

Symptom

An Item Type has been mapped to a Project Management Project Type. When setting flag "Create Project on Saving" in a Portfolio Item with this item type, the dropdown for field "Project Management Templates" is empty.
