3505565 - Unified Data Model : No Field Values in Search Settings and No Jobs on Site - Recruiting Marketing

Several Symptoms can be observed:

• No RCM fields appear for selection when opening the Search configuration in CSB.
• When attempting to save the configuration in CSB for the search results cards or Filter Search, the error is shown: "The Search Results settings could not be saved from Career Site Builder to Recruiting because the two are not fully integrated for the Unified Data Model.
  Make sure you have performed all of the configuration steps required to prepare Recruiting data that Career Site Builder consumes for the Unified Data Model."
• No jobs are returned in the search on the site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Enabled Unified Data Model in Career site builder (CSB)
2. CSB -> Layouts -> Search Results -> Result Cards/Result Filters -> save -> error occurs
3. Access RMK portal URL -> search jobs -> no jobs can be searched 

An architecture change is planned with an upcoming release to prevent this issue from occurring.

Workaround:

When using Splunk or Devs tool, there's an error log "You do not have the required permissions to access the API ".

Partners and Support can perform below actions to solve this issue:

1. Access Provisioning -> disable Marketing
2. Run a RBP refresh to clear the permission cache
3. Re-enable Marketing
