3505576 - People profile takes more than one day to be available after hire - Employee central

Users are being hired and taking a few hours or more than a day to be available for search. This happens when the users need to be added to permission groups.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Hire an employee
2. Login as hr user or someone who has access based on permission group.
3. Tried to search for the new user 
4. New user is not available

If you login as as admin this user will be visible.

Since there are to many users in the permission groups and being added every day, the refresh job takes too much time to update the permission groups.

In advise to resolve this issue you can schedule the job ''Refresh RBP Rules'' more frequently to ensure that all the users will be synchronized on time. 

This is only applicable for cases where there are too many users being added, since this job can cause performance issues in RBP refresh.
