3505641 - Error CK465 "No price could be determined for material/batch & in plant XXXX" for PIR

Symptom

When creating Material Cost Estimate (CK11N), the error CK465 "No price could be determined for material/batch & in plant XXXX" is triggered. You have set price strategy in Valuation Variant as "Price from Purchasing Info Record" and you've adjusted the condition record to different than 0.
