3505643 - Activation of Utilities Content for SAP Service Cloud V2

Symptom

You have the requirement to activate utilities content in SAP Service Cloud Version 2 system.

However either you do not have Utilities Add on functionality available in the system or you want to know how to proceed to enable the same.

Reproducing the Issue

With the help of SAP Account Owner representative, CSP or SAP Technical Support, you have noticed there is no Active Contract for utilities add-on . That is the reason you are not seeing utilities services.

Cause

You must refer to the respective Item Number of Utilities Add-on in the content in provisioning to purchase the license in order to include into your solution scope.

Resolution

You should order the respective contract of Utilities Add on referring to its Name and Material ID:

  • Name: SAP ServiceCloud V2, utilities add-on
  • Material ID:  8014331
