• No print queues are shown in CPM even though CPM is connected and has a green status
• The following business roles have already been assigned to the user as per SAP Help SAP_COM_0466 and KBA 3332045:
  Management (SAP_CORE_BC_COM)
  Output Management (SAP_CORE_BC_OM_PRINT)
• The CPM logs contain the following errors:
