When performing manual transportation planning for air freight booking, the error below is displayed:

Error: "Agreement not found for organizational unit XXXX and Party XXX"

Before calculating the charges, as a Prerequisite, a Freight Agreement should exist between Carrier and the Purchasing Org. If the Agreement doesn't exist, you get this error message: "agreement not found for organizational unit XXXX and Party XXX".

Create an Air Freight Agreement between the Carrier and Purchasing Org in the APP Manage Freight Agreements.
