3505733 - Only number ranges 02, 05 and 09 are available when assigning a number range to quality notification type

When trying to assign a number range to quality notification type in SSCUI 106607 - Assign Number Range to Notification Types, only number ranges 02, 05 and 09 are available, although there are many other pre-delivered number ranges existing in the system.
If you try to assign another number range, there will be an error message QM711"Number range &1 does not exist or cannot be used in Quality Management".

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

This is a standard system behavior.
Only number ranges 02, 05 and 09 are usable for Quality Notifications. The other pre-delivered number ranges are reserved for different Notification origins and thus not usable for QM.

If you want to assign a different number range to a quality notification type, please first create one in SSCUI 104320 - Define Number Ranges for Notification Type, then you can use it in SSCUI 106607 - Assign Number Range to Notification Types.
