You log in to one of your realms (for example, your Production realm) and notice that in the address section, the "State/Province/Region" field has a text box where you can enter any free text instead of a drop-down menu for selecting the state or province. However, when you log into another realm (for example, the Test realm), you see that a drop-down menu is presented for the same field.
