Rehire verification is not triggered for candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for candidate with the same first/last name, date of birth, national id as in inactive profile
2. Complete Personal Data Collection step
3. Rehire verification step is not triggered

1. OnboardingBPEServiceUser is not configured in Update Process Flow for Onboarding and Offboarding;
2. OnboardingBPEServiceUser doesn't have necessary permissions;
3. There is a Job Information record change in Employee Central after the termination event.

1. Go to Admin Center > Update Process Flow for Onboarding and Offboarding > configure OnboardingBPEServiceUser and save.

2. Make sure OnboardingBPEServiceUser has below permissions (View/Edit):

• Manage Hires:
  • Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment (by 'match' in New Hire)
  • Rehire Inactive Employee (by 'match' in New Hire)
• Employee Data:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date Of Birth
  • National ID Information
• Employee Central Effective Dated Entities:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • National ID

3. Delete the record after termination and start the Onboarding again
