3506124 - Condition type line splits in change mode, while single line in display mode

Symptom

Create quotation via VA21 or open the quotation via VA22 in change mode, and go to header condition, the condition type lines are split displayed in the header level.

While display the quotation via VA23, there is only one condition type line in display mode.
