3506145 - Field condition in statement is not working - Compensation & Variable Pay

Not able to add the field condition from statement template after it was edited once. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation 
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Compensation home
2. Manage statement templates
3. Open any template 
4. Add a condition to one of the fields 
5. Save the template
6. Refresh the page, field is no longer editable 

The issue is because the value being added has a "/" such as "N/A"

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

Workaround

As a workaround it can be inputted the equivalent HTML character name (/) or number(/) for "/". Than in the condition you will put the value such as "#N/A".
