3506197 - Outlook Server Side Integration - Error "ISS-044 One or more required settings are missing: ExchMailboxld, ExchEWSUrl"

Symptom

When a User tries to be synchronized after provisioning, the error "ISS-044 One or more required settings are missing: ExchMailboxld, ExchEWSUrl" is thrown.

Cause

Between provisioning and the attempt to enable synchronization, the user never provided mailbox credentials on the "User Settings" view. As the User didn't finalize the initial configuration, this is the expected system behavior.

Resolution

Finish the steps on User side, providing mailbox credentials in the "User Settings" view.
