Symptom
- ITSM Chrome freezes after browser is updated
- Edge freezes after a Support Package update
- ITSM popup to enter business partner as processor is displayed and page is never loaded after clicking on Yes button. Page show "Please wait"
- In Chrome browser users are unable to update any field
- In Edge, dropdown menus stop working
- This applies to browsers like Chrome or Edge, which are based on Chromium
