3506219 - When enrolling or editing enrollment error is faced

During enrollment or when editing enrollment the error "You are not eligible for this benefit on" is presented. 

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Issue is related with rule configuration. 

For Pension enrollments make sure that the contribution rules are setting correctly employee and employer contribution. 

For other enrollments, make sure that the employee is still eligible for the benefit if any update to the rule configuration was done.

For that you can use a rule trace (2257064 - Employee Central - Business Rule Execution Log).
