3506221 - Proof of Good Health coverage is not respecting factor configured in Rate Chart

Symptom

When trying to enroll into a benefit coverage is not correctly set based in the rate chart configuration. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Benefit Enrollment flip through until employee life
  2. Select one value and try to move forward, it throws an error "The employee and employer contributions don’t match the rates mentioned in the rate chart."
  3. Now select another value and it will allow you to move forward
  4. The rate chart is configured with one factor, but it is not respected 

Cause

Rule configuration. 

Resolution

Review the rule configured to make sure it uses the correct scenario '"Define coverages for proof of good health" and that it is correctly configured. 

You can also use a rule trace (2257064 - Employee Central - Business Rule Execution Log) for further check.
