• The email address of a contact person does not automatically populate the relationship address details in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• The telephone number of a contact person does not automatically populate the relationship address details in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• The email address or telephone details of a contact person created directly within a business partner (BP) in a BP SAP Fiori app (such as Manage Customer Master Data) do not automatically populate the relationship address details.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Assign a contact person to a business partner (BP) in the Maintain Business Partner app.
2. The address details of the contact person do not automatically populate the address details of the relationship.

• Standard design as explained in SAP Note 412061 - SAP-BP: Data missing for contact person relationship.
• The contact person's communication data is a private/home address that is stored in their BP genera Data under Address.
• The contact person's address in the relationship communication data is a workplace address.
• One contact person BP can be assigned to multiple main BPs and the current system design allows the maintenance of different workplace communication data in each relationship for each main BP.

Option 1
Manually enter the address of the contact person BP in the relationship screen.

Option 2
Choose the "Assign Company Address" option in the Maintain Business Partner app to assign the telephone and email address details of the organization BP.
