Symptom
Resume parsing is not working for candidate profile when Mobile Apply is enabled.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a new candidate account
- In candidate profile page, upload a resume
- Name, address, zip, etc. are not updated by resume parsing
Resolution
This has been confirmed to be an enhancement request (and not a defect) and an internal ticket has already been created.
Please reach out to your CSP or account representative and provide this reference ticket WEF-158400 to get updates on it.
