Symptom

Resume parsing is not working for candidate profile when Mobile Apply is enabled.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new candidate account
  2. In candidate profile page, upload a resume
  3. Name, address, zip, etc. are not updated by resume parsing

Resolution

This has been confirmed to be an enhancement request (and not a defect) and an internal ticket has already been created.
