3506246 - 4N6 Setup Instruction Guide Inconsistency with SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management in Release 2408

Symptom

The 4N6 setup guide instruction document delivered on July 24th, 2024 in Process Navigator - SAP for Me does not match the SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management released on August 16th. The updated 4N6 setup guide instruction with all inconsistencies removed can only be released via the first document hotfix on August 28th.

Resolution

Use booster:

  • The booster Set Up SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management is the default way to setup Invoice Processing with SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (4N6) integration scenario.
  • If you use booster, you only need to manually execute the steps described before Appendix to complete the end-to end system integration.
  • After a successful booster setup, you can ignore the steps described in Appendix.

Ignore the certificate-based authentication:
