3506324 - Restricted user can use button "Create" in application Define Consolidation Units, but cannot "Save" the new unit

Symptom

User has authorization restriction for consolidation unit creation in authorization object E_CS_BUNIT. This user can use button "Create" in application Define Consolidation Units and can set relevant data for new consolidation unit. When clicking on button "save", the authorization restriction is checked by the system and the restricted user is informed.
