Symptom
User facing error 'No connection to Concur system could be established to fetch OAUTH token" while trying to perform a Cost Object Outbound Run.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go To Master Data Replication
- Select Cost Object Outbound Runs
- Click on Start Immediately
- Click on refresh to see the new Run ID and the log
Below error message is displayed:
"No connection to Concur system could be established to fetch OAUTH token."
Cause
Error might be causing due to below reasons:
- Cloud Platform Integration(CPI) tenant Password is incorrect .
- Some firewall issues due to which connection is not working.
Resolution
Configure concur middleware once again from User end.
Follow steps provided in attached document,
- Login to Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tenant
- Locate "SAP Business ByDesign to SAP Concur Integration Enhancements"
- Choose Copy
- Locate "SAP Business ByDesign to SAP ConcurIntegration"
- Choose Copy
- Go to Design View
- Both "SAP Business ByDesign to SAP Concur Integration Enhancements" and "SAP Business ByDesign to SAP ConcurIntegration" will be available in Design View
- Deploy it and after deployment user can see the Iflows in started state.
- Login to SAP Business ByDesign Tenant
- Go to Application and User Management WorkCenter
- Create New Communication Systems and New Communication Arrangements (Follow attached Document for creation steps and screenshots).
