Symptom

When the system tries to create an equipment or a serial numbers, an update termination and a dump with the runtime error DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR and the exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB is created. It happens at the insert of database table JSTO.
