3506467 - Http 404 error while accessing CMC and BILP

Symptom

  • Unable to access Central Management Console(CMC), BI LaunchPad(BILP) and Tomcat homepage.
  • Errors found in stderr.log:
    • SEVERE: Failed to initialize component [Connector["http-nio-8080"]]
      org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Protocol handler initialization failed
          at org.apache.catalina.connector.Connector.initInternal(Connector.java:1011)
          ..........
      Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind (port:8080)
