3506597 - Messages Getting Archived in Message Monitoring Screen

You might realize that messages from Message Monitoring screen with Blocked status have disappeared from the system after sometime.

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Message Monitoring
3. Former visible messages are not visible anymore (e.g. messages on Blocked status).

After 14 days of a message being created in the Message Monitoring screen, it gets automatically deleted from the system database, irrespective of its status. Therefore, when the retention period of 14 days is over, the payload message is no longer visible on the screen. 

You have to take an action over the message within 14 days period, otherwise it will not be possible to retrieve, reprocess or visualize the message details.
