3506610 - Follow -up survey error "The Instructor specific questions are not displayed as the Instructors have not been maintained."

When user clicks on the follow-up survey after completing the item, it doesn't start, and instead the following error is displayed: The question(s) on this page are Instructor specific. Please respond to the question(s) for the Instructor mentioned. This Survey has Instructor specific Questions. The Instructor specific questions are not displayed as the Instructors have not been maintained. Please contact the Administrator for any clarifications."

4. When clicking, survey doesn't open and instead a error is displayed.

This error is displayed when, on Learning Administration > Surveys, the source type of a survey is set as "Instructor", however, the Item associated to the survey doesn't have a class or instructor associated.

When selecting the source type "Instructor", the system understand that the purpose of the survey is to evaluate the Instructor, however, without a instructor associated, the error: "The question(s) on this page are Instructor specific. Please respond to the question(s) for the Instructor mentioned. This Survey has Instructor specific Questions. The Instructor specific questions are not displayed as the Instructors have not been maintained. Please contact the Administrator for any clarifications." will be displayed.

On the Item associated to the follow-up survey, add a class with a instructor.
