3506637 - Filter "Current Step" in Compensation Inbox doesn't work

Symptom

'Current Step' at the Inbox page doesn't display filter options other than 'All'.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Compensation > Forms
  2. Inbox > Click at the 'Current Step' dropdown

Cause

'Current Step' is dependent from the 'Template' filter.

Resolution

At the Inbox page, the 'Current Step' filter is dependent to the 'Template', meaning:

  • When 'Template' is selected with: 'All', the only option available at the 'Current Step' dropdown will also be 'All'
  • When 'Template' is selected with any template from the forms at the inbox page, the current step from the form will be available, as well as 'All', at the 'Current Step' dropdown
  • When 'Template' is selected with any template which NONE of the forms at the inbox are from, the 'Current Step' dropdown will not be available.
