3506673 - Unable to Move Any Column or Make Any Column Invisible in Product Assignment Table In Production Model

In production model edit screen, under tab Bill of Operation and sub tab Product Assignment, it is impossible to do below:

1) Move the column "Confirmation Method" from right to left.

2) Make Column "Product Specification ID" and "Product Specification Description" invisible.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to work center Planning and Production Master Data, access view Production Models.
2. Select any production model, click Edit.
3. Select tab Bill of Operation, select sub tab Product Assignment, there is a table with columns like "Confirmation Method", "Product Specification ID" and "Product Specification Description".
4. Open Personalization Mode, drag column "Confirmation Method" from right to left, the button Save is not active.
5. Close Personalization Mode, open Adaptation Mode, drag column "Confirmation Method" from right to left, the button Save is not active.
6. Close Adaptation Mode, open Personalization Mode, make the column "Product Specification ID" and "Product Specification Description" not visible, click Save. The two columns still display.
7. Close Personalization Mode, open Adaptation Mode, make the columns "Product Specification ID" and "Product Specification Description" not visible, click Save, and publish. The two columns still display.

Product Assignment tab in production model is based on Hierarchical Node where element and element type provides the information from BOO and BOM and products assignment to activity. Thus, due to the hierarchical node structure we can see that personalization mode for Product Assignment tab is also not available. 

As personalization mode is not available for Product Assignment tab, it will be not possible to made any changes to the column position and also column cannot be made invisible.
