3506683 - Custom Task Application Error when Datetime field is maintained - Onboarding

• An Application Error issue when submitting a Custom Task when the custom task has been configured with the Datetime field.
• However, if we remove that datetime field we are able to submit the custom task and it resolves the error.  

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Search Candidate in the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Initiate the Custom Task.
3. Complete the required fields and submit the Custom Task.
4. Application Error Message Appear "There was an application error."

• Known issue.
• There is an error that millisecond for date time property in wrong format because of which the error is occurring.

• Issue will be resolved in the 2411 release, As Engineering Team is currently working on the fix

Workaround

1. Go to Configure Object Definition > Custom Task Object
2. Change the DateTime field to just the Date field for the time value you can maintain string field and pass on the values
3. Once this configuration is maintain you will be able to submit the data.
4. As of now we can not proceed with DateTime data type but we can pass on the data with Date and String field.
