3506698 - RE-FX: How is calculated the percentage of the relative liability change provided in the valuation log?

Symptom

You created a new time slot on the Valuation Tab and used the valuation behavior "Relative Difference," and in the new valuation, the valuation log shows: "Relative liability change.....%."

You want to know how the percentage of the relative liability change is calculated in the valuation log.
