3506703 - How to check the Cluster ID's if the hotfolder files are stuck and not processing

Symptom

Sometimes after deployments or Rolling restarts of commerce pods, the hotfolder files will be stuck and not processed at all. 

  1. First, it's necessary to make sure that Cloud Hot Folders are not running in different node other than the BackgroundProcessing node.
  2. Check for cluster.node.groups and other properties as explained here: Enable and Configure Hot Folders
