3506703 - How to check the Cluster ID's if the hotfolder files are stuck and not processing

Symptom

Sometimes after deployments or Rolling restarts of commerce pods, hotfolder files will be stuck and not processed at all. 

1) First, we need to make sure that Cloud Hot Folders are not running in different node other than the backgroundProcessing node.

2) Please check this document for cluster.node.groups and other properties:  Enable and Configure Hot Folders
