3506735 - SAML2=DISABLED is ignored during logoff redirect page (logoff?redirecturl=)

Symptom

  • logoff?redirecturl does not consider url parameter "saml2=disabled"
  • After logoff, it re-directs to IDP/SLO Page https://login.microsoftonline.com... instead of the expected logon page
