3506775 - SBPA Form task failed with eror "An unspecified error occurred"

On SAP Build Process Automation, Form Task/Approval Form Task failed with error:
Error message:An unspecified error occurred. Contact support citing logId <xxx>and provide steps to reproduce.Log ID:<xxx>

SAP Product Support can check details on Kibana ELK/App, search logId, we can found below error:
