- Go to "Onboarding General Settings" page
- Centralized Services Support Settings is not expanded:
Resolution
Centralized Services Support Settings option is not available in preview environments. This is an expected behavior.
How to confirm that this option has been enabled:
Go to Manage Data > "Onboarding Configuration" > "DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG"> "Allow Centralized Services Save for New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection, and Manage Pending Hires pages" is YES.
