Symptom

System fails to perform actual assessment in KSU5 due to the following errors in a segment with "Functional area" entered in the Sender tab although debit posting on sender cost center was done with defined Functional area.

GA749 Cycle ****does not include any senders.
GA710 No valid sender entries were found.
