3506952 - Next empty bin putaway strategy proposing another empty storage bin despite in storage type customizing "Addn to stock" and "Mixed storage" is activated

Transfer order is being created from transfer requirement in LT04 transaction with multiple material item lines of the same material, but with different batches. The next empty bin (L) putaway strategy is maintained in customizing for the affected storage type. Additionally to the putaway strategy also the 'Addn to stock' and 'Mixed storage' indicators are activated. During the putaway the materials are being placed into several storage bins. However as per bin capacity, the last line item could be put into the previous storage bin as there is still enough free space. However the system is proposing the next available empty bin for the material even though space available in previous bin. The expectation is that system fills up all storage bin space before moving on to the next empty bin.
