Symptom
After either upgrading Microsoft Windows or Microsoft 365 Office products, Excel Integration does not work any longer. Instead, the excel sheet is blank and does not display any data. In the Office integration trace, the below errors appear:
- Error: Application.Run failed: SAPmain.Workbook_init (hr = 0x80020009)
- Office Integration(Error) Error: Application.Run failed: SAPmain.Workbook_receiveRCFormats (hr = 0x80020009)
- Office Integration(Error) Error: Application.Run failed: SAPmain.Workbook_receiveCellFormats (hr = 0x80020009)
- Office Integration(Error) Error: Application.Run failed: SAPmain.Workbook_receiveNumberFormats (hr = 0x80020009)
