3507084 - Candidates not appearing on Dashboard, but found when searched - Onboarding

No data is appearing on Onboarding dashboard, but is possible to find the candidates when searching for it on the filters.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. No Candidates appear.
3. When searching for a candidate using filter, is possible to find it.

A candidate was initiated via API with a missing mandatory field, for example Manager.

When a candidate is initiated via API is necessary to send all mandatory fields. If the fields are not send the Dashboard will not show any candidate, even those that were initiated via SuccessFactors.

To fix this, please update the necessary mandatory information for the candidate.

To know which field is missing, replicate the issue and review the Inspect Elements.
