3507118 - Custom MDF Portlet with a User Field type is Not Clickable

• In a custom MDF portlet, when a user field is filled with an active employee, the employee's name is not clickable to access their profile.
• This behavior differs from the manager field in the job information portlet, where the manager's name is clickable and leads to their profile.

1. Fill the user field in the custom MDF portlet with an active employee.
2. Attempt to click on the employee's name to access their profile.

The behavior of the job information portlet is specific and hard-coded. It is not possible to replicate this behavior and make a similar field on a custom MDF object.

Currently, the system does not support having a clickable link for the user in a custom MDF portlet.
