3507132 - How to restrict the visibility of the Current Advances Block - Employee Central

You would like to hide the Current Advances block only for some roles.

"Current Advances" block is part of the "Employment" Section in Configure People Profile, so the system will not allow to restrict the visibility only to part of the section. Also, "Current Advances" is not an object that we can control the visibility via RBP.

You create a new section in Configure People Profile and provide view permission for the wanted roles.

1. Go to "Configure People Profile";
2. Add a New Section;
3. Drag the wanted subsection "Current Advances" to it;
4. Save.

After the new section is created, you will need to adjust all permission roles by providing View Permission under "Employee Views" for the required roles and leaving it black for the roles you would like to restrict.
