3507144 - SAP Cloud Connector Restore issue fails with "Restoring backup archive failed" - SCC 2.12

Symptom

When performing the SCC backup restoration from version 2.12 to any version above 2.16, the SCC log may display an error similar to the following:

<TIMESTAMP> #ERROR#com.sap.scc.ui#https-jsse-nio2-8443-exec-9# #error when restoring backup archive
com.sap.scc.servlets.RequestFailureExecution$InvalidRequest: A backup version 2.12.X is not legitimate. It predates the earliest version of the Cloud Connector that introduced the backup feature
